Gave the ultimate sushi AYCE menu a try for $82 per person.
I would say it is very impressive and worth a try, but I am not sure if I would do this again given the price. The amount of uni you receive is very reasonable, and the spicy blue crab roll is delicious, but they only allow you to order 3 items per person at a time which leads to a lot of waiting that causes you to get full quickly. Overall the atmosphere and service were fine, the food definitely took the spotlight.
Pricing is decent for AYCE, but service was horrible.
I went with a party of 15 and the servers were horrible. They were very disorganized (didn't put enough tables/plates together even though the reservation said 15 people and we told them 15 people when we got there). I understand if they get things mixed up every now and then, but when different sides of the table ordered sushi they didn't think to put it on different plates. The server literally brought it out and said to himself, "Well this is a predicament." and proceeded to walk away after putting it down. We then ordered sushi again and the same issue occurred. When asked how much meat comes per plate, our server said 4 pieces when it was in fact 6 pieces per plate. The amount of vegetables that comes per plate is barely enough for one person to eat. We tried asking for double the serving of vegetables, but it was the same issue where there was barely any on the plate. My party got the spicy tonton soup base and it was not spicy whatsoever. Food takes a while to be served (we waited about 20-30 minutes after we ordered to receive anything from the kitchen). I've attended many other AYCE places in Boston that have more accessible parking and better service (ex: Spring Hot Pot). I would not recommend coming here to anyone.

The AYCE is such a good deal!!! I got the most basic package for dinner $32 and there was still a pretty decent selection. I liked the salmon avocado and eel avocado rolls. The fish wasn't a whole cut--more small cuts and not the freshest possible but I still enjoyed it. The yam tempura was SO TASTY and the karaage was good. They had a lot of udons to try--I liked the sukiyaki but my friends liked the tan tan. The cold noodle was not for me but they liked how bouncy the noodle was. Really fun experience where you get to try alot of different items! Would definititely go again.
This place feels gimmicky overall.

Food was great! But we ordered food that came out an hour and a half later - which is crazy since the seating time limit is an hour and a half. Some foods came out several times even though we didn't order them, and some didn't come out at all. Would come when it's not busy, but never otherwise.

We came to your restaurant again yesterday and everything was very tasty like last time, I even noticed you have a new dinner out menu, i’d like to say thank you very much and the service of your excellent server! I had a birthday party yesterday and everything was great, me and my friends were happy, yesterday there were a lot of people in your restaurant and there was a long wait for people and we started to worry why we were waiting so long for our food, but this server apologized and after a couple of minutes he personally started to bring us our food, he was caring about us ❤️ thank you!! ☺️

AYCE Japanese hot pot for $35-45? I was wondering why this place doesn't have more patrons but now I know why. For $35, we got an AYCE menu with: - pork and chicken hot pot - unlimited veggies - sushi rolls - rice bowls - appetizers - udon or rice vermicelli Coming from LA, this felt like a killer deal since a similar deal would cost $50+ in my area. However, the service absolutely killed the experience for me. We ordered the split soup pot (half tomato, half traditional shabu shabu broth) and the server mentioned it will be an extra $3. No problem. They brought out the soup and it was cooking for about 10 mins. I took a sip of the soup and realized they served us the wrong soup (sukiyaki instead of shabu shabu). They realized their mistake and replaced the soup... but they kept the veggies from the old batch, so the soup still subtly tasted sweet from the old broth. I imagine they just dumped the soup out and added the new broth instead of completely replacing the pot. We ordered a medley of veggies and apps but they never brought out the maitake or shiitake mushrooms - no matter how many times I ordered. Either they were out of the item or the server didn't know the difference between the different menu items. Lastly, they brought out udon without us ordering and by the time we threw it in the pot the noodles were mushy and stuck together. We waited over 20 mins between each order because the server didn't come by often. Since we needed to replace the soup once, we sat around waiting for quite a while during our experience. For AYCE, the lack of service is detrimental since we can't order as much food as we want and we're getting full as we're waiting for the waiter: When we paid for our bill, they charged us TWICE for the $3 split soup. We already have one soup that comes with the order initially, so it only makes sense to be charged the $3 once, right? Honestly wasn't worth us explaining the error and reversing a charge over $3, but this was the nail in the coffin. It's really a shame because the food is pretty decent for the price. It's not too notch but it's a good value for $35 pp. I'd come back if the servers and chefs actually knew what they were doing. The reason they are not as busy as they should be (60% capacity during peak dinner hours) is because their service is worse than fast food. I know this wasn't a unique experience because there are multiple reviews sharing the same concern. They really need to re-train their employees to better their knowledge and service so the customers don't leave frustrated as we did (and many others)!

For the price and experience of AYCE with a large group, I thought it was pretty good! I liked that servers were attentive and we could put in orders before the rest of our previous order came out (as they limit you to 3 dishes per order but it is definitely enough). The meh bites were: seaweed salad (standard seaweed salad), pork katsu (good but liked karaage better), sweet potato tempura (wasn't a huge fan though I usually am), cucumber salad (kind of flavorless), spicy tuna (meh), eel cucumber (small eel), and shrimp tempura hand roll (lacking flavor). Yums included: karaage fried chicken (++ for this one), french fries (surprisingly good), spicy salmon (one of my favorites we got!!), salmon avocado (also had great fresh chunks of salmon), sukiyaki beef hand roll (flavorful), tan tan udon (best broth), and the cold spicy beef udon (has a specific flavor but I was a fan). Overall had enough that I enjoyed for a positive experience!

I had seen this place in the middle of Kenmore for several months. The advertisements are very enticing and when they came up with the AYCE menu, I was ready to go for it . The meal itself was quite tasty but the service took forever to receive any dish. We often were not attended to and constantly were asking waitors if we could have a menu or were waiting for our water being refilled, etc. The whole service experience was not attentive and a little awkward. I'm not sure if it is typically better on other days, but this really made our experience less than positive.
A disappointing experience - not due to the food.
We made reservations for dinner here to get the Ultimate course sushi for $82 per person. While we weren't expecting special treatment for ordering the most expensive option, it did feel like service was delayed to give us less time to eat with the time limit. It took 25 minutes to even get our order taken with the restaurant half empty and once done each course (of which you can only pick 3 items per person), the servers took their time coming to ask if we'd like anything else, roughly 30 minutes between orders. For an AYCE option, this isn't ideal if you are aiming to eat a lot. Before getting our second order, they were already asking for our last call. That being said, one of the waiters serving us was very helpful and would allow us to order more than the allotted 3 items per person. This was the only reason I feel we may have gotten our money worth from this experience. The food itself was very good. We stuck to the ultimate course options and enjoyed the soft shell crab, toro sashimi and nigiri, regular and uni wagyu sushi, uni crème udon, and Fenway roll. To summarize, food was worth the price, but service will go so slow you will be more worried you aren't getting your money's worth. Either go for a less pricey option or go somewhere else for AYCE.

We got the ayce deluxe course, the food was extremely subpar. The only items that were semi decent were the appetizers. Sushi rice was overcooked and would fall apart whenever you pick it up, the udon broth and noodles were very watery with no flavor, and the miso soup was overly salty. The wait times are pretty long despite them limiting how much food you can order per round. I hate to say but one of our servers had body odor so bad it ruined my appetite and I could see other customers were visibly uncomfortable.
Wagyu was way gud!
Wagyu Tan Tan was delicious!!! ...and large portions... Service was good, great for a quick meal before the ballgame.

The lunch deal that includes udon and 3 sushi rolls an excellent deal! Food was great and service was fast. I was disappointed that they were out of uni though, especially since it is in so many things in their menu.

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
Restaurant Bought/Canceled Their Own Reservation
I accepted a bid for a popular restaurant in Los Angeles only to receive a phone call shortly thereafter informing me that the reservation had been canceled due to it being listed on AT. I of course need to subsequently cancel the reservation on AT but get this warning that my status will be negatively affected for doing so. I've reached out to customer support about this several times with no response, not sure what to do in this station. Hoping someone can advise.

Banned from Resy for selling reservations- Do we have a rat on our hands???
I am new to this app and started off by selling a polo bar reservation and then quickly sold one more reservation. Not long after I received emails from Resy saying all my reservations are cancelled and I am being banned from Resy for life. How could this have possibly happened without a rat telling Resy that I sold the reservation. I need some advice on this situation and let’s catch the rat!

You can only deposit $50 at a time until you earn the “Sales and Low Refund Medal” I believe. Im new to this as well but the ability to deposit more money at once and increase your amount of listings comes with that medal.
