Don't assume that the understated street presence of this little restaurant portends an underwhelming culinary experience. This place knows how to make very good dishes! We were pleasantly surprised by everything we ordered, from the "Para Picar" section of the menu to the Starters and then Main dishes. If our stomachs were larger we would have ordered one of everything off of the menu - everything is that good. While in Dublin, I'd recommend visiting Uno Mas and treating yourself to a very reasonably priced meal that will not disappoint.

Every dish was spectacular, an unbelievably delicious dinner. Having lived in Spain for a number of years, the tortilla was sublime. Loved the jamรณn ibรฉrico, la morcilla, bluefin tuna... will run back yo this place my next visit to Dublin.

Hadn't been here for a while, came back for an early midweek dinner and was very impressed. Lots of seafood on the menu-anchovies were a particular highlight. Service was friendly and polite. The restaurant had a really good buzz for a Tuesday evening-atmosphere was really good. Try get the window seat at the front if possible. Overall would highly recommend.

Definitely recommended reservations as they were pretty much booked otherwise and it was a Wednesday. The sea bass aguachile (similar to ceviche/crudo) was so well balanced! Citrusy with a slight amount of heat. Every ingredient in that dish complimented each other. The croquettes were decent. A little lacking in flavor and I've had better, but they were still enjoyable. The porchetta tonnata was delish! Loved that the capers were fried crispy. I've never had capers like that and it added a next crunch. I loved the pig ears and wish there was like two more pieces of pig ears so that I could have one with every bite! Lastly, dessert was incredible. I could eat that again write now as I type. It was a chocolate mousse with olive oil ice cream, hints of orange, served with churros for dipping. Yet another well balance dish! The orange was the perfect amount, not overdone. The waiters were so kind and made great recommendations!

Have visited here twice and each time it has been flawless!! The service is great. Good wine but oh my wow the FOOD!! First time I went I had asparagus followed by lamb and then had a chocolate olive oil cake for dessert. The starter and main were fantastic. The dessert was mind-blowingly great! Second time we had padron peppers and some of the levain bread to share as starters. I then had brill with nduja for my main. Dessert I chose the flan de queso. You can clearly see how their menu changes with the season. Each time has been great. Loved it

Delicious dinner in Una Mas, I had the veal carpaccio and the John Dory and the were very good, lovely fish well cooked. BIL had the cockles to start which were very good too. The ย Delmonico Steak is sensational, it's from the guy in Down, Peter Hannan, incredible flavor and the marbling melts to give an amazing texture, delicious

Book well ahead to get a table. The food was excellent and every dish was exceptional. ย We will be back again once we can secure a table.Service just like the food faultless and we hot a really cool table lodged in a wall alcove.

Our hostess never asked if we were there for tapas and drinks or a meal. ย So we had to move twice after we ordered our wine. It was however a busy place place. We never did receive our appetizer but they probably couldn't keep track since we moved so much. The wine was good but couldn't tell ya about the food.

I have been a big fan of Etto since it opened and was really looking forward to trying Uno Mas and I was not disappointed...it was amazing.We just rocked up without a reservation and got places at the window looking out on Aungier St. but we were so happy we got places.We tried 5 different plates: Jamon Iberico (packed full of flavour with loads of fat deliciousness) which went down a treat accompanied by a simple Ribera del Duero followed by potato & onion tortilla (just divine) scallop ceviche (absolutely amazing), ox tongue (brought this little used ingredient to a new level) sea bream on rice (so flavoursome). There was no need for a mains we were so wowed by everything we ate, it was such a lovely experience.The waiter & waitress staff were happy & helpful we had to try the flan de queso - a little indulgence to finish of a spectacular meal experience....we'll be back!

Sat in a cosy little alcove where you can see the kitchen which is always nice. The food was excellent. I'll be dreaming about the potato and onion tortilla! The staff were also amazing so unbelievably polite, funny and attentive. Really really recommend this place.

Can't believe this is the first Yelp review of Uno Mas which has been exciting Dublin foodies for months. On our must visit list after a perfect review in the Irish Times we dropped in on spec on New Year's Eve more in hope than expectation. We were pleasantly surprised to be told they had just had a cancellation about 90 minutes later which we gratefully grabbed. We were seated immediately on return in a small but very comfortable room with exceptionally friendly service throughout. The food was sublime it has to be said. I think it's fair to say that the cuisine is mainly Spanish, the mains including delicacies such as Iberico pork, octopus and sole. I opted for the Iberico pork having already had a fabulous sea bream starter that was superb. With an Albariรฑo (natch) to round it out it was one of the best meals of 2018. We've already booked a return visit in February. Can't wait. Highly recommended but do book. We were lucky but you won't be !
