We booked the WA on a Fine Hotels and Resorts rate for three days. This comes with a few benefits, including room upgrade, breakfast credits, etc, which helped go towards the pricey room rate. A letter was provided detailing the benefits. The room was great - a few issues such as bath draining when in it and a bank of plug sockets it working, which I raised with the staff but stressed was not a complaint, and they did not really affect our stay. The view from the SkyBar of the strip is great and it's worth a drink up there to take it in. The main benefit of the hotel to us was that it was not a casino hotel, meaning a break from the smoky, airless casino hotels you'll be trudging around in the day. The only reason I would hold back a star is that there were a few service failures by the front desk staff (who were lovely). It sounds petty, but the FHR rate included a welcome amenity which was not offered on arrival. I had to chase up twice to get it. Also on checkout, the HH Gold breakfast credits, which stack with the FHR breakfast credits, were missed off, but promptly added when I checked the folio more carefully after check out. I would definitely stay here again and with just a little bit more on-point service, it would be even better.
