The man at the door was extremely rude
I arrived without reservation but thereโs no need to be rude I travel around world I been in Mykonosโs,London Rome Zuma and where ever I turn even without reservation still they will try help out but here in Istanbul the door man was so arrogant and rude I even asked to sit at bar he said rudely no I will be taking this further as you donโt treat lady this way specially in that manner
Absolutely Outstanding โ A Must-Visit in Istanbul!
From start to finish, our experience at Zuma Istanbul was nothing short of exceptional. The reservation process was smooth and easy, and upon arrival, the exterior already impressed โ elegant and perfectly integrated into this vibrant new district full of high-end shops and great atmosphere. The interior? Simply stunning. The design, the lighting, the vibe โ everything is stylish and sophisticated, yet welcoming. The place was full, buzzing with energy, with great music in the background creating an effortlessly cool ambiance. Service was absolutely top-notch โ friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the entire evening. The food? Incredible. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor, and I have to highlight the chicken robata skewers โ hands down the best Iโve had in my life. I also enjoyed two cocktails, both perfectly balanced and creative. Zuma truly delivers on every level: drinks, food, atmosphere, service โ everything is first-class. And whatโs more, the night doesnโt have to end after dinner โ the bar area is fantastic and stays open late, making it a great spot to enjoy one more drink and soak in the atmosphere. Honestly, itโs hard to imagine a better dining experience in Istanbul. Highly, highly recommended โ a solid 10/10.

Our all time favourite
Zuma never disappoints, and the Istanbul location is no exception! The ambiance is sleek and stylish, perfect for a great night out. Our absolute favorite? The spicy fried tofuโcrispy, flavorful, and just so good! The service was excellent, and every dish was packed with bold, delicious flavors. If youโre looking for a top-tier dining experience in Istanbul, Zuma is a must!

Zuma is a famous Japanese restaurant which has so many branches all over the world and in Istanbul is located in istinye park.
Good food, underwhelming service
Zuma Istanbul delivers on food and drinks however the service was sub-par for what you usually can expect in Istanbul, shame.
Perfect stop after shopping in Istinye
The food was great as usual just had a minor encounter with one appetizer they forgot and brought it last but they were very professional and took responsibility. Recommended dishes yellowtail and tataki top notch
It used to be betterโฆ
I am a long time customer in Zuma, here in Istanbul and other locations around the world, and I am a big fan of this restaurant but my last experience left me with a very bitter mood. Food was not as before, service was not as present as before, and overall I went out definitely disappointed! In Zuma you donโt expect to have small children running around shouting and playing among the tables, and non one stopping them.. Normally you are treated and pampered but not this time. Even though with a reservation made long time in advance, we were sitted in a small table close to the service area, with a lot of trouble and work going on behind your back. I left with the feeling of not returning..

Our only choice for celebration meals
We started going to this venue, which we preferred for celebrations, more and more after we moved to ฤฐstinyepark. You can come to this place, which you love so much, as a family, with children, for a celebration, or as a couple.

Last year the place was spotless, great staff great food and so on. We came this time and was completely disappointed. Some items in the menu were weird, the stuff push us to have the main course that they deliver before the sushi and the manager came to talk to us and was not helping at all. I will not come here at all and itโs a shame that from last year till now is such a bad service.
Overrated food with great vibes.
Overrated food with great vibes. The food was a bad miss, very small portions. ( smallest sushi roll i have ever saw ) The best dish we ordered was the corn. We really enjoyed the atmosphere though ๐คท๐ผ โ๏ธ
Amazing Dinner
I wrote a review last week after an awful dinner experience at Nobu & said forget sushi in Istanbul. Tonight I tried Zuma & OMG! The food, ambiance & service is out of this world. Everything we tried was amazing. Shame on Nobu! Never again at Nobu & always at Zuma. Such a memorable experience. The food was outstanding & fresh. Congratulations to the entire team for a job well done. Highly highly recommend
its not what i remember
Unfortunately its become a Fast Food Jlint for glamour, the mise en place is ver poor with chopsticks given for take out rather tham fine dinning. Very rude welcome and waiting period. Faruk was great but someone else brough my dish to the table did not say a word and left. The care for the returning customer is terrible. As one ofy previous favourite places in Istanbil its a very dissapointing experience. Dont go.
you have no taste
We did not like it, the only difference between the food and similar places is that it is unnecessarily expensive, I think it can be called mediocre, there are much better ones at the same prices than other places.

For sure one of the best fine dining Istanbul options. You are feeling like you are not in Turkey. The food was difficult to forget, service European. Asian fusion on the highest level. Wine list extensive.

Great place with a good food and cocktails, I have visited zuma several different times and it always felt the same! Great service with great dishes !
Zuma is zuma
Was one of the best interior designs that ฤฑ have been in isranbul. The waitresses to hostesses all the team was doing 100%. The food was also classic zuma of without flaws. We loved the soft shell crab maki.

Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* FamousStation67, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* FamousStation67 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FamousStation67 for any questions Peter may have as FamousStation67 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* FamousStation67 now uses their connections at Zuma Istanbul to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If FamousStation67 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, FamousStation67 receives the $200 reward which is credited to FamousStation67's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Zuma Istanbul!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
