Bacchanal Buffet Las Vegas Reviews from The Last Year
Bacchanal was my #1 buffet that I've been wanting to try.
I made a reservation in advance because I've heard about the long wait times. Once we arrived, there were two lines and having the reservation helped tremendously. We used the kiosk to pay for the buffet and waited less than 10 minutes before we were seated. Highly recommend the reservations. The buffet options were amazing and almost overwhelming. Anything and everything looked delicious. They had many options including Asian food, sushi, BBQ meats, fresh seafood, Italian, salad bar, desserts, etc. There is plenty to choose from! The seafood line for the crab legs had a wait sometimes, but it moves quickly. Just make sure to pace yourself because there is so much to eat and try!
Great buffet inside Caesar's Palace Las Vegas.
It's considered one of the better buffets on the Strip. Great selection encompassing a variety of cuisines with a good seafood selection. Some of the lamb dishes are halal, which is a bonus if you're a halal eater. Please note there might be a wait even if you have a reservation, depending on the day and time. We waited for 40 minutes despite having a reservation. Despite this, I recommend the Bachanal.
excellent variety of food ! you get a little bit of most
excellent variety of food ! you get a little bit of most cuisines :) and for the price you pay, the quality is good enough. what really made the experience for me was our busser, mahyar. his personality is top notch, super fun and friendly guy ! and he was really on top of making sure our table was clear of used plates. thank you mahyar for being awesome ! i'd give bacchanal buffet at least a try if you've never been :)

I love it here, MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS: they bring back the juices for dinner too... I really miss the fresh juices they would have, atleast on the tap! Please bring them back!!!!!!! Came here for my wedding anniversary, it was great besides that!
Not worth it!
Not worth the price. Nothing extra same old same old like any other buffet. The server behind the steamed crab counter was very rude. I saw him yelling and even take his spatula and hit the woman on the hand. He was not behind the counter and there was a line up. The woman was first on the line and decided to help herself when he came in. He was not happy and started yelling at her. I don't agree with that. Hopefully Ceasar Palace sees that comment and has a talk with him so he doesn't do that to another customer.

I've had buffets all over the strip & Bacchanal has always been my favorite! The food selection is by far the best! It's fresh, hot food too! (I've been served cold food at other strip buffets). When I went this time they had lamb chops, (my favorite) & mint jelly on request! The chefs are always so friendly, kind & proud of their food here. They had tasty marrow bones, all kinds of meats, creamed spinach, loaded baked potatoes & of course crab legs! So many pretty desserts, but my fave this time was a cinnamon roll with a custard or flan at the bottom! That cinnamon roll was so unique I want more already! Make sure you make a reservation in advance, or you may have to wait almost 2 hours like we did. I made a brunch reservation for a Friday, but we decided we couldn't wait to eat Bacchanal. We popped in on Thursday night with a reservation request only 30 minutes in advance. On arrival we waited 90 minutes, (so 2 hours total wait), but gambled while waiting. It was worth the wait, but I will stick to my reservation next time!

hi, let me start by explaining that I have never been to Vegas until now! and never been to buffet until now, I had a modest experience, I made reservations, but when I arrived had to wait in line(appeared long and figured it would last forever, surprisingly was 18 mins from enter to sit down..the buffet was nice in appearance and inviting, when I ordered prime rib they gave me a hunk, I preceded to get crab legs, loaded up forgot butter, placed plate on table, when and got a drawn butte, returned to seat, crab legs were not real warm, by time I cracked and ate, the prime rib was ice cold, my waiter was awesome and sent manager over, Mr Ed Laipple, he insisted we go up and make it right, I'm not gonna lie I'm a hard sell, once stuff isn't right initidally it's hard to win me over, I received, "VIP" service, I know this because everyone asked when ed walked away , how can they get this kind of plates...will say, super well handled and if you don't tip your wait staff properly that's another review, let's just say my former Californian waiter and his friend who made the most amazing crepes for my wife...I highly recommend buffet and if you should find something not right, ask for , Ed , hes got you...

Seated quick when we had reservations and lot of variety of food. We're the positives The price was way to expensive, had a time limit of 90 minutes. Were the Negatives was a one time thing. Wouldn't go again.
meh
the only way for you to be able to get in line and eat here is scan a QR code to make a reservation. Well it would be nice if the QR code worked at least!!! The lady at the lines wouldn't let us in without a reservation so I had to find a QR code that wasn't extremely pixelated and low and behold the link isn't even working!! Had to walk back to the line lady and show her my phone lol then she finally let us in line after showing her the link wasn't even working. waited almost and hour in a tiny line (this was on 3/14/2024) finally got seated and the food selection was bleh and all the desserts weren't good except the creme brulee. almost cost me and my hubby $200 not worth it anymore like it used to be. but we gave our server a nice tip because she was awesome. So if you like the crab legs this place is for you but if you're not a seafood person like us you probably will be disappointed.
Overpriced for the quality of food.
The food was good, but some of the options were definitely cheap and a little disappointing for how much you pay. If I had walked through the Buffet to see the options first, before I paid, I would have never paid and left.

BEEN WANTING TO COME HERE FOR YEARS!!! Now I finally got the chance to see what the whole fuzz was about. Honestly, it wasn't bad. But, it WASNT, what I expected. This is for people who absolutely love Seafood, (crab legs, shrimp etc) and I mean LOVE SEAFOOD. Everything else is good but I feel like you could have got that at other restaurants. People come for the quantity you can eat, not for the quality. I didn't eat something here that I thought, wow this is to die for, I'll never taste anything like this before. Crab legs and plain shrimp being boiled and peeled can definitely be done at any restaurant and definitely at your house. But, I won't take much from them. They do have an A in cleanliness according the health inspector which they do take pride in. The service wasn't the best. Didn't get drinks until we left. I don't want to sound bias. But, my cousin was kind enough to pay for my dinner for my birthday. Had I payed, I would have left a 3 star.
Something delicious for everyone
Delicious variety. American, Mexican, Italian, Philippine, Korean, Thai, Japanese, Indian, etc Amazing seafood station lobster, snow crabs, shrimp, etc
Not worth the price.
It’s over $60.00 per person for a Monday “Brunch” at 11;30 am. None of the food stood out as being above average. Nothing was bad but for the price I didn’t feel it was worth it. Maybe later on, after ‘Brunch”, the selections are more outstanding.
Excellent food.
It's better to go during Sunday brunch/lunch time, I feel as if the food is more fresh but nonetheless, this buffet is never disappoints! I even did my wedding dinner here w/ the family & they still talk about it to this day. Must try!
Excellent service by Esmeralda J.
She kept our drinks filled and cleared our dishes quickly. She made our dinner very special.
Food is great.
Service was awesome. Plenty of great options. Great dining experience. Presentation of the airplane shots.... Sensational!!
The best buffet on the strip! Can't wait to be back.
Love the atmosphere for sure! Hope they keep it up!
Just ok..
The buffet was average at best. It is huge but the quality of the food is average or below average. They have bins of lobster claws, but they are dry and eat like rubber. The crab is the same. Much better choices in Las Vegas. It is going to cost 100.00 / person with tip so check your options.
Just don’t waste your money
There is nothing at this buffet that justifies the price you pay! When the best thing that you eat is the bread, it’s not saying much! At first, I liked the peel and eat shrimp until I saw it wasn’t cleaned. Yuck! The brisket was so dry you couldn’t chew it. The desserts were bland. The decor and the sticky top ugly tables were also disappointing as we were expecting higher end decor. Overall its was a big waste of money which would be better spent elsewhere.
food quality just okay
it was very crowded, and the seating was too close together to enjoy a conversation. The food lacked freshness, and some of the breads were stale. The food lacked flavor and was either very salty or bland. It was quantity, not quality. We chose this buffet because of all the hype from many YouTube reviewers. We were disappointed.
Special buffet to end our Las Vegas visit!
Yes this is expensive but given the variety and quality of the buffet offering well worth it. This was our first visit and we got to enjoy a small fraction of what was available - barely scratched the surface! What made it onto our plates? Prime rib, birria tacos, crab legs, lobster, scallop, blue crab, frog leg, Chinese roast duck, sea snails/whelks, roasted brussel sprouts, broccolini, Cortez clams, blue crab, frog leg, har gow, hamachi/yellow tail sashimi and various desserts! Thank you to Sue who made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy the buffet.
So much choice - loved the seafood.
We went here for birthday treat and loved it. MAKE SURE TO BOOK ASAP. It was extremely busy for all servings. Such a selection of foods from all areas of the world. Loved the seafood. Staff were attentive and every time you passed the various counters there was plenty of choice on each section.
