I had spoken to Tucker about bringing a group in for dinner in a few days. He introduced me to Claryssa who would be working that night, and we had a few laughs together. Our group arrived and we had a lot space off to the side. Music was perfect and not too loud for conversation. We were greeted by Claryssa who took great care of us during our visit. She was friendly, charming and very helpful and knowledgeable about menu. We will definitely return next time our group gets together. Big giant thumbs up for both food and service ! This restaurant had been recommended to me by several friends, so I visited LeLe's for the first time last week. Our server's name was Claryssa. She was a personable and professional server who took very good care of my group. Her food recommendations were spot-on, and the food we ordered was delicious. I had the LeLe's Special, but the dishes my dinner companions ordered looked just as tasty as mine. We were all pleased with the food, service, and the ambiance of the restaurant. Claryssa's attentiveness made our evening even more enjoyable. I believe in supporting local businesses, and because my first experience at LeLe's was such a positive one, I will continue to support them.
My wife, Nancy, and I have been dining here for the last 1.
5 years, during and following the Covid pandemic. Over this period we've managed to occasionally include our daughter, her husband and our 3 year old grandson. Now our "kids" frequently order take out and Nancy and I typically eat at the restaurant following a visit to the Galaxy Theater. The food has been consistently good, and as mentioned in many other posts , generous in proportions. The Pad Thai and Phat Si Io are our current favorites. The wine selection, whites and reds, are solid, as are the draft and bottled beers. There have been occasions when we've had to wait a while for the food to plate the table but it has been worthwhile. The wait staff and management have been prompt, pleasant and attentive. Also meriting applause is the cleanliness of the premises, including the restrooms, which is of particular importance to my wife and daughter. We've noticed a steady uptick in patronage and are pleased the establishment is on a positive course.

The chicken satay was burnt black on one side, over salted and dry. I was given the wrong order and because we had waited well over an hour for our meal I just tried to eat it. How do you manage to make chicken in broth dry?! Flavorless, tough and inedible. I stopped after a few bites. They still charged us for the dish I actually ordered. Do not go here. A chaotic mess.

I placed an order through Doordash and the Lele only gave the dasher 2 of the 3 items I ordered. Completely ruined lunch today as only 2 of us got food. When I called Lele I was told I need to get a refund through DoorDash. I was told i would have to reorder through DoorDash to get what the Lele's did not give to the dasher. Horrible customer service and no attempt to make it right.

I have never had Thai food this bad in my life.
I'm quite familiar with Thai food and have enjoyed it at many other restaurants. I ordered the Phat Si Io (Pad See Ew) with tofu. First there was absolutely no sauce which is the best feature of the dish. Second the noodles were mushy and it didn't seem the food was stir fried at all. And lastly it had no flavor whatsoever. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will never be back ever again.

Topline feedback for fellow Yelpers: Beware that if you dine in the restaurant, they may deprioritize your order over take out orders and still charge an excessive automatic gratuity of 30%. Will never dine here again. We recently dined at Lele and were very disappointed with our experience. Despite making a reservation for 6 ppl and arriving on time to a mostly empty restaurant, we waited over an hour for our food with no updates. When we went seeking our waiter to inquire we were told that our meal was delayed/deprioritized in favor of a large volume of take-out orders. This could have been avoided if the restaurant had provided a realistic estimate to those ordering take-out based on incoming orders, yet they passed the wait time onto those of us dining in-house. To add to our frustration, we were surprised to find a 30% (!) automatic gratuity added to our bill with zero prior notification. While it's common for restaurants to add an 18-20% gratuity for large parties, this is typically noted on the menu or website. Either way, a 30% charge is excessive, especially considering the wait we endured. When we tried to inquire about this, there was no one available to assist us and my elderly parents were fading and wanted to leave ASAP so alas, we just signed the check and fled. We wanted to share our experience as a caution to others and in the hope the restaurant addresses these issues for a better dining experience for others in the future.

Fabulous Lunch
I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?
It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
