Still as delicate (7th visit) both in style and simplicity which highlight the quality and freshness of the products. Strict and attentive service, very reasonable prices, beautiful wine list especially on the Yonne.. Minimalist decor and cozy room, Maxi 25 cvts, I think. Don't hesitate, especially at lunch. Very very very good
While visiting cellars in the region we booked at Trois Bourgeons. What flair we had. The food was excellent. Everything tasted good. The wait was definitely worth it! The chef, alone in the kitchen, was able to bring out eight hot dishes "at the same time" for our table.
Very particular place
Small restaurant located in the center of Chablis, small room with open kitchen, the person who welcomed us was very professional, serious and cooked, served and washed alone, he was very strong. Small but nice menu with the possibility of having a three-course tasting for €32 if I remember correctly, a wide wine list regarding local wines and slightly narrower for national wines, paid the right price, I recommend it!

Restaurant and relaxing and pleasant setting. Few tables, and a chef surprising with his dexterity, alone in the dining room and in the kitchen that evening. Fast and intelligent room management. The chef, of Japanese origin, offers original cuisine, with local products, some revisited with great mastery. Everything is cooked, right now, in front of us. A superb discovery...
A charming surprise
A quite remarkable one-man show by the chef-owner. Escargots seated in individual pastry cases, with a refined take on the traditional garlic, parsley, butter sauce. Perfectly judged noix de veau, in a generous serving. An extensive locally focussed and well chosen wine list. We hope that Takeshi Otomura is able to expand the number of covers and his team. This will fill the gap in Chablis left by the bistrotisation of L'Hostellerie des Clos.
Stunning!
One of the best dinners I remember, and certainly the most stunning. Small place (I counted 16 seats), cute and welcoming. In reality we had thought about having dinner in a restaurant where we had already been years ago, but it was full and we therefore decided to try this one, without even spending too much time studying the alternatives. A memorable stroke of luck. What is called a "one man show", the owner welcomes guests, cooks, serves at the table, makes cash, all by himself! And this without missing a beat: correct times between courses, all dishes arrive simultaneously, perfect presentation of the dishes, sensational quality, original proposals, prices that are absolutely honest and lower than you might expect. A memorable experience.
Disappointed
Because it is mentioned in Michelin guide, and looked as a good choise from web-site and other reviews we had high expectations. But welcomed and served by the one and only person working, who is the chef and servant at the same time, who forgot the oysters as aperitif, serving veal undercooked and fish overcooked, we were very disappointed . Not worth the money.
Superb Food - must visit!
The food in this restaurant is just superb! We were amazed to discover that only one person was working here - greeting, serving and cooking. Simply an extraordinary effort. Very much worth a visit!
