One of our fav spots! One of those places, it's where you hit up when it's your bday or guests in town that you wish to impress! Great sushi! Kids love the teriyaki beef/chicken bowls! Grab a reservation!
Really nice people and cute spot, so I hate to say it but
Really nice people and cute spot, so I hate to say it but the sushi is just... mid. Not too many options and okay tasting, but still basically full-priced. Would recommend Umi in nearby Potrero over this spot if you're looking for neighborhood sushi

Food was great my favorite was the California roll which was very yummy and they also had very cool and yummy drinks. The service was great and very quick even though we were the only people there. The restaurant was beautiful I loved the outside part, so cute.
Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Amazing food and great ambiance!!
Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Amazing food and great ambiance!! Menu is quite different than other sushi restaurants - so many options to choose from! Recommend trying any if not all their special "bombs" - we got one of each - unique and great taste for all of them! The fish in all sushi tasted super fresh and amazing flavors. Big variety of cocktails to choose from - can't go wrong with any of them. Lanny and Sarah are the best! Lanny really knows his flavors - ask him about the whiskey they serve - and Sarah was such a great hostess - she gave us great recommendations on food - if you have any questions regarding the menu, you can ask both of them! Food came out quick and portions were huge! Would 10/10 recommend!
I've been going to this place for about 15 or 20 years and
I've been going to this place for about 15 or 20 years and it has been going downhill for the last few years. Let's start with the glory days when it was innovative, fresh and showcased great quality seafood with a little San Francisco flair. They had friendly staff and a buzzing happy hour with great bar food. The place had a real sense of liveliness with a great tempo, if that makes sense. Skip to last Thursday, 2/22/24. Nobody to greet us at the door and when we were met by a staff member, we waited while they pondered (for quite some time) which of the 7 open tables to seat us at, when the decision was made he simply pointed, no escort to the table, just pointed. He was busy, he wasn't the host and I got it, no biggie. QR code menu that took a while for my dining partner to reach and we were away. We were hungry and we sensed the server was a little in the weeds so we ordered a bunch of stuff. Edamame, gyoza and tempura came out fairly promptly, they were nice. The food runner had a very hectic energy about him and was efficacious. They were busy, apparently but when I looked around they had empty tables and those tables with patrons had their food, busy? Not long after the rest of the food arrived and I mean ALL of it. We still had the first 3 dishes on the table. The food runner started putting down the food on the table. It was obvious that it wasn't all going to fit but that didn't stop him trying. Just as he was about to start stacking plates on top of each other on the table my friend said "stop, what are you doing?" The food runner rolled his eyes and "well there's no more room, what else am I supposed to do?" I told him perhaps he could try to stagger the food so it's not, literally, piled on the table. "We are short staffed" came the reply. No attempt to amalgamate the appetizer plates to make room for the buffet of food he had in his hands. Fortunately he didn't bring the pork katsu as we were balancing plates already. We told him not to bring anything else for the table till we have eaten at least some of the food we had. We will often over order with the anticipation of taking some home. The overcrowded table made the dining experience awkward. On to the food, remember when I said this place used to be fresh and innovative? Yeh no. Gyoza, edamame and tempura were all good. However the same cannot be said about the rest of it. The tuna sashimi was obviously quick thawed and the texture was mealy and it was pretty much flavorless. The hamachi was also blah. The sushi rolls looked like they had been rolled by an intern on their first day, the rice didn't go all the way around and therefore they fell apart. Any fried ingredients in the sushi rolls lacked any crunch which indicated it had been cooked earlier in the day. The miso was very good. We had to hail a server to get some wasabi and ginger. As the table next to us was paying their bill, we overheard them say they received a pork katsu that they didn't order. It had been cooked and served when the rest of our food was served. Sounded like the food runner was too afraid to let the kitchen know we wanted to pace our meal a little and just dumped on to someone else. Enough, check please and it better not include a pork katsu. $160, for our food and a large bottle of iced tea. Yeh I tipped 10%. I NEVER tip less than 15-25%, I guess I can't say that any more. The whole experience was very disappointing and marks our last trip to the once fabulous Moshi Moshi. PS, they weren't that busy at any stage of the meal.
Dined at Moshi Moshi in the 80's things were jumpin.
Visited psychiatric building now across the street, lo and behold Moshi Moshi before my eyes. We lunched. Cant remember what we had. But good! Delish! And sweet service.
I would give Moshi Moshi 3.
5 stars - the food is not bad but it's not particularly good and I find the portions of the sushi small for the price. We ordered: - Shishito Peppers ($9) - The tempura is really great - it's light, crispy and perfectly salted. Be forewarned though: it truly is a game of pepper roulette! The first pepper I ate was so spicy I teared up! - Hamachi Bomb ($9.75) - the hint of yuzu in these is nice! - Futo Krispy ($14.95) - I had high expectations for this because I liked the tempura on the shishito peppers but this was an odd dish. The sushi was warm because it was fried and it wasn't particularly flavourful or fresh tasting. - Carmel ($14.95) - I was really surprised there were only 5 pieces in this roll.
My favorite lunch spot and happy hour place at Mission Bay.
High quality and great service: I love the special rolls, the seafood udon (I order this item with added steamed veggies for a super nourishing meal). The apps are yummy, too. The vibe and style of the place are great. Full bar. The back patio seating is great on sunny days. During the summer and early fall, don't miss the corn karaage. Moshi Moshi has been in business for 37 years, and it shows in how well they execute! Run, don't walk. Hai!
Wonderful cocktail menu with many choices on non-alcoholic
Wonderful cocktail menu with many choices on non-alcoholic cocktails (that can be spiked if asked). We elected to have mostly alcoholic beverages and all were tasty. The servers were all great in providing suggestions. We had bacon-wrapped mochi (so yum we re-ordered them), fresh made gyoza, several sushi rolls , grilled asparagus, fried calamari with fried string beans, fried raw-salmon appetizer. All so yummy and I can't wait to come back. Also read about the history of the restaurant owner at the article by the restroom - great history/story. Only complaint is the restaurant was kinda cold where we were seated but the great food and service made up for it.

Came here before a warriors game on a Friday night and it was such a great experience! Although it did take a minute for our server to initially come over, everything after that was quick and he was so great. The menu was different than most sushi restaurants so we enjoyed trying a few new things like the tuna katsu and the deep fried calamari and green beans. My husband ordered sides of real wasabi and smoked soy sauce and he loved them. The sushi was fresh, the menu well priced, and the service was excellent. Can't wait to go back before another warriors game!
Eclectic East/West Japanese. Innovative menu, great service. Close to Chase Center.
Small, intimate restaurant with bar and covered outdoor seating. Reservations recommended. Fun menu. Good selection of sake. Very speedy service...always a plus especially if you are also visiting the Chase Center a few blocks away.

Great Service - amazing dinner!!
Read about the site in NYT and bought a reservation at Mother Wolf in LA 2 days later. Worked great and the food was amazing!!!
Worked perfectly!
Got the reservation (that I couldn't get anywhere else) and was able to entertain a group of friends at the infamous Bern's Steakhouse.
Got into Nobu Malibu
Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!
Very easy
Was very hesitant going into this experience but am glad to say that it worked out very well ! will definitely use appointment trader in the future
Fabulous Lunch
I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!
Great reviewer team
Just wanted to take a second to shout out the reviewer team. Even though they probably review hundreds of listings and bids a day, they still take the time to leave great comments and respond relatively quickly. Thanks!
Incredible
I got a reservation to Don Angie, which I've been trying to book for weeks! I am very happy with this service.
Best platform out there!
Super simple, easy, and fast to secure reservations for hard-to-get restaurants and locations!
This app is life changing
This app has opened my world up to so many wonderful new experiences I would never have the chance to have without access to this awesome app! 10/10!
Worked perfectly
Was a little nervous at first but was pleased to see that the booking went through flawlessly.
Highly recommended.
Success on Short Notice
Was able to snag an indoor table at Don Angie through an absolutely seamless worry-free process.

This is a crazy holiday season in NYC and I was very pleasantly surprised to see that AppointmentTrader works! Will be using again!

Quick table in Miami
I didn’t have my hopes high as it was a party of 4. In 24 hours I had a carbone reservation available! I was very happy as my family really wanted to come here
Prime time, great meal
So easy and had a prime time which I can never seem to get on normal res apps. So worth it
Got impossible NYC res

Worked perfectly to get into Carbone. So delighted
perfect
Worked well, got me into a restaurant with no availability
I was skeptical, and I still don't really know how they managed to find this hard-to-find reservation, but it was a win-win from my point of view, and I'll use this service again.
Last minute reservation for Delilah Las Vegas
Got a last minute reservation, dinner for 2 at Delilah Las Vegas: super impressed! The process was simple, transaction seamless. We had an amazing time! Couldn’t be happier! 😍
It works!
Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!
Money transfer
As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.
Love this app
Got to go to places otherwise unreachable
Easy Access
Very easy to get into one of the hardest restaurants to reserve in New York.
Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?
It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

I will give you 50% of ALL of my PROFITS if you teach me how to make profits?
LOL. Thank you The New Yorker.
Appointment
Transferring reservations is not supported in AT. Why not just use the name in the AT screenshot?
Buyers interested in Bern's Steakhouse: PLEASE READ
Same goes for 4 Charles and I Sodi
Prepaid Reservation Fee
Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
Congrats on 3 mil
🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🧨🧨🧨 now on to 30 mill!
Need to cancel a bid, not getting a response… how do I do it?
Click on "Take off the Market Option" in your portfolio
Working on your bid?
Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.
Process after bid is accepted.
Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
