Worst place to go to or should I say location I went in at 1 didn't get to order for 30 min in total I was in this place for over an hr. They only had two people working don't come here
No Extra Cheese allowed here.
It is now company policy to not put any extra cheese on the pizza. The cheese on our pizza was non existent WTH. we will not be back. You can't even taste the cheese. They have ruined this place

Horrible customer service, staff were very rude and unprofessional. I asked for extra toppings and I offered to pay more and they said, no I couldn't get more. Then when I asked for extra cheese they put a small pinch and said that this will count as a topping, super stingy and rude. I would not recommend this place.
The pizza here is pretty good.
Unfortunately the service is ALWAYS the same. Slow. Doesn't seem to matter if there are three families in front of you or your the first in line. There always seems to be ample staff but they seem to be on break. Waiting behind the counter chit chatting with eachother, to busy to aknowlegde customers when they step up to the counter. Online orders always take presedence. This review is based off of years of coming in as customers. We keep coming back because we like the pizza but it's truly a frustrating experience. From the top down the staff service here is terrible.

Stood in like at 6:30pm on a Thursday, didn't get out of there till 7:00 and it was a to-go order. There was only 2 people working (severely understaffed). Several people left the line because their online orders took priority over actual customers. My pizza was burnt, they didn't cut it into slices, i'm assuming she forgot, i also asked for 2 ranch's which she forgot when she presented my order and then when i asked her for my ranch she only gave me 1. I'm not blaming the workers, clearly they're stressed, overwhelmed, and don't have much help.. Super disappointing, hire more people!!!

Normally you would expect someone to come back with a positive follow-up review but not today. I stood in line at 7:00 P.M to be exact. I finally paid for my pizza at 7:30. Mind you there was only one person who was ordering ahead of me. When it was finally time to order, the guy asked me what I wanted to order. I told him and he said to give them some time to start my order because there were 3 online orders ahead. Ok??? Why ask me then? You could've just told me that before I started telling you my order. In my last review I mentioned lack of staffing. Well they definitely improved on staffing but the service was extremely poor. 2/4 people who helped me were extremely rude. One of the guys who helped me with the toppings was very nice but extremely slow. The topping station was dirty. I normally like to add red peppers to my order but there were too many onions (which I cannot eat) mixed in because they sloppily grab toppings and let it mix amongst the other toppings. I ordered a drink with my order, which they normally hand to you right away. I wasn't given my cup. Instead I was just rudely handed my receipt. When I say rudely handed my receipt, I mean he literally handed it to me at eye level and said we will call you when it's ready. They need to have a better system for serving walk-in customers. Online orders seem to be a priority but it messes up those who choose to dine in, which isn't fair. They need to find a better system or find a different space to solely work on their online orders. All in all, my experience was terrible. I do not recommend this place to any one. These are repetitive complaints that I am continuously reading on here but management doesn't care. All we get are those superficial responses of them thanking us for our review and their fake apologies.
I've been coming to this place since 2017, it's gone down.
They are always under staffed and the few people there seem overworked. They try their best but the demand is too high.The last 5 times I came here no more than 5 months ago I've seen nearly 20 people walk out because of the wait time. Before you order your pizza you usually have to wait 20 minutes in line. This place has a lot of potential but needs more workers. Food is amazing and still worth the wait unless you're in a hurry.

Ok, so we actually came to this location before it was franchised. It's sad to see how franchising has killed it. It is no fault of the three guys working but they need help or better system. We would come in years ago, even attended the soft opening....but man the years have not done well. The cleanliness and efficiency is no longer. Blaze is way better and quicker option. It's cleaner serving area, restaurant, and employees. I can clearly see why people walk out of this Pieology. Dollars out the door. The guys are trying to balance online orders and a growing line. It's 6pm and a busy crowd. Poor guys kept it pleasant and professional but it's 7 and we are still waiting. Blaze seems to have an efficiency edge. Cleanliness is sacrificed to try to speed things up, but yet speed is still suffering. The self serve soda machine is in disrepair and it seems like a lot has been sacrificed to keep things going....none of which seem to be making a positive impact or difference. The irony of the back area stating "research and development" with a missing window is spot on. We would love to come back but think we will stick with Blaze. It's truly sad to see how far it's fallen.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

Fabulous Lunch
I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?
It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
